Today EAGLE HILLS is hiring a Landscape manager.

The incumbent will manage and monitor the assigned landscaping projects, from their initial identification stage through to implementation, in order to ensure completion within specified time frame, cost and specification in accordance with company’s strategic objective of achieving an unrivalled image for excellence that provides attractive rewards for its shareholders.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead, support and assess concept work and feasibility studies
• Provide design and technical support for all projects
• Engage & monitor external consultants
• Participate in all aspects of RFP and tenders

Profil :

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Agriculture or equivalent
• Master’s degree is an asset

Preferred Experience:

• 8-10 years in large-scale civil/environment projects
• Thorough understanding of the landscaping design and delivery process in a program management setting.

Job specific skills:

• Commercial awareness and the ability to act in clients ‘best interests
• Skilled at making presentations to clients and Management
• Excellent writing skills and experience preparing status and progress reports
