- Managing the whole sales cycle from lead generation up to closing, you are the customer focal point and will have to anticipate, understand their specific needs, propose, develop and shape the solution relating to the customer business and differentiating it from the competition. You solicit and circulate feedback and competitive intelligence to assist with market perceptions about HR Access product development and competitive positioning.
- Increasing the customer’s portfolio by strengthening Sopra HR Software notoriety.
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationship with existing clients to maintain a high level of satisfaction and increase revenues.
- Act’s as the primary interface for all Sopra HR Software offers, creating demand by raising our profile with customers.
- Develops and manages opportunities pipeline
- Reinforces existing and forges new relationships with customers
- Engineering /Business School degree
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective professional networking / relationships
- More than 5 years’ experience in Sales in Morocco (IT Software and/or ERP highly preferred)
