BSH ELECTROMENAGERS S.A is searching for an Indirect Purchasing Responsible with support to Financial Department to be employed in Casablanca Head Office with the following qualifications:

This person will be responsible for; 

• Procurement of indirect materials
• Working collaboratively with relevant teams to successfully deliver procurement solutions benefiting to the business partners.
• Identify, drive and realize cost reduction potentials/measures in the area of responsibility
• Preparation and implementation of material group - and supplier strategy with respective stakeholders
• Lead sourcing process, including developing RFQ’s, supplier bid evaluations, negotiations as well as establishing price/conditions-agreements
• Negotiating BSH standard contract
• Manages the supplier relationship management within category of responsibility including supplier development, integration and supplier performance evaluation.
• Financial functions regarding suppliers

 

Profil :

Experience (Professional- / Project- / Leadership- / Intercultural experience)

• Commercial and/or technical university degree; MBA is an asset,
• General business skills and/or professional background for the respective ESN(s)
• 2-3 years experience in purchasing and Finance
• Experience in relationship with public administration
• Experience abroad is an asset

Specific knowledge / Technique

• Negotiation skills
• Know-how in procurement methods and tools such as design to cost, cost structure analysis, decision analysis
• Know how in procurement processes such as placing tenders and/or placing orders
• Basic expertise in contracting (e.g. contract law)
• Excellent spoken communication & presentation skills
• Know how on SAP SRM and e-Catalogue solutions
• MS Office and SAP knowledge,
• Financial Skills
