Our client is a big 5* Hotel, based in Marrakech is searching for a Financial DIRECTOR "Directeur Administratif et Financier" To ensure profitability of the hotel by efficient management of cash flow,
maintenance of accounts at corporate finance. Expenditure guide to all departments by providing accurate information for decision making in order to maximize organizational profitability and customer satisfaction in an atmosphere of high employee morale.
He would be In charge of the Finance, Materials and Systems departments.
Key activities: - Establishes, modifies and ensures systems and procedures to increase efficiency and level of service. - Defines and promotes key service standards in the department. |
Operational Management: - Proposes major cost saving opportunities by staying informed about trends and best practices in cost competitiveness. - Ensures all financial activities, maintenance of accounts, efficient Material Management compliance with statutory requirements, management of cash flow and control of costs & inventory in the hotel. - Proposes cost saving opportunities by staying informed about trends and best practices in cost competitiveness and monitors regularly costs saving measures. - Keeps analytical eye over cost and profit performance of all departments Regularly and suggests corrective actions. People management and training: - Communicates and shares information and inspires all team members in the department using various formal and informal channels. - Gives recommendations for the recruitment, increments, promotions and terminations for direct reportees, within the framework of the Company policy. Key skills: - Sharp analytical mind, with good attention to detail. - Strong strategic skills to analyze mid range to long term effects of action and strategies - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Thorough knowledge of every section of accounting and financial management like creditors, debtors, payroll, financial analysis, material, budgeting, inventory etc. |
Profil :
- Chartered Accountant is a must
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Luxury hotel experience – Minimum 2 years
