Description de l'entreprise et du poste :

A multinational leader in providing of trade-related credit insurance solutions is seeking a BU HR coordinator.

Main tasks:

HR Administration:

-          Manage new hires on-boarding

-          Ensure compliance of employees personal files as per Legal/Group standards

-          Manage employees administrative requests to deliver an effective HR service on time/quality

-          Gather, control and prepare all payroll input data as per payroll procedure, with the approval of the HR Manager

-          Ensure mandatory/timely declarations to social institutions, with the approval of the HR Manager

-          Transmit required payroll data to accounting as per accounting procedures

-          Ensure payroll output data are physically recorded as per Legal/Group standards

-          Escalade/Recommend to HR Manager any issues/improvements/updates about administrative procedures and policies

-          Maintain an HR administrative dashboard with KPIs on quality, quantity and expenses

Internal Communication:

-          Evaluate internal communication actions that can support HR/Business objectives and projects

-          Prepare an annual communication plan to be aproved by the HR Manager

-          Execute internal communication actions in respect of the budget assigned

HR Development:

-          Participate to training needs collection and coordinate the execution of the training plan with managers, the region and external providers

-          Maintain a training dashboard with KPIs on quality, quantity and expenses

-          Support the HR Manager in administrating the recruitment process : JDs update, eRec administration, Interview planning

Control & Audit:

-          Participate to Local/Group audit/control activities to ensure HR function compliancy

-          Ensure Local/Group audit recommendations are implemented as per defined standards

Ce que nous vous offrons :

  • Academic background in HR with a local business school/university
  • 2-3 years in HR administration position, preferably in a multinational company
  • Experience with HRIS
  • Analytical skills & Detailed oriented
  • Customer focus & Service oriented
  • Bilingual
  • English (intermediate level)
