Description de l'entreprise et du poste :

Dans le cadre du développement stratégique de ses activités, notre client recrute un Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Training and Education :

  • Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for healthcare professionals to ensure proper use and optimal outcomes with our medical devices.
  • Therapy Awareness and Adoption through conducting CMEs, workshops, and nursing awareness programs.
  • Develop educational materials and resources, such as user manuals, training videos, and case studies, to support customer learning and proficiency.

Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and other stakeholders within assigned territories.
  • Various engagement activities, including scientific discussions, RTMs, meetings with KOLs, and technical approval for new or existing brands.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to identify unmet needs, market trends, and opportunities for product improvement or expansion.
  • Manage product-related issues and claims from hospitals / end users.

Clinical Support:

  • Serve as a clinical resource for internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, providing clinical expertise and guidance on product features and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and escalate complex clinical concerns as needed.

Profil :

Formation:

  • B. Sc. (Nursing)/Diploma in General Nursing.

Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience as infection control / nursing training / nurse educator in a medical disposables organization / hospital. 

Compétences techniques et comportementales:

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills and the ability to engage and inspire others through dynamic and interactive training sessions
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, with the ability to effectively communicate complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites, conferences, and clinical study locations as needed
  • English is required
