We are recruiting for our client, a leader in its sector of activity, a Logistics Supervisor
The Logistics Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all logistics operations to ensure efficient and safe handling of inbound and outbound activities. The role involves supervising daily logistics requirements, identifying and finalizing local logistics service providers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory formalities. This position also includes maintaining documentation and communication with internal and external stakeholders to support the smooth flow of operations
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Responsibilities:
Logistics Planning:
- Consolidate the requirements for inbound and outbound logistics specific to our client’s operations.
- Plan and schedule transportation, including trucks, trailers, cranes, and forklifts, based on day-to-day needs.
Vendor Management:
- Identify and evaluate local potential logistics providers.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with 2-3 reliable logistics vendors for operations.
Supervision of Operations:
- Oversee the safe loading and unloading of CSD kits and vehicles within and outside premises.
- Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to during logistics operations.
Customs Coordination:
- Liaise with the Customs Handling Agent (CHA) to manage CKD (Completely Knocked Down) lot formalities.
- Supervise the transportation of goods from the port to our client.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Procurement Management:
- Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for logistics requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement of logistics equipment and services.
Documentation and Finance:
- Collect and verify invoices from logistics providers for services rendered.
- Make Service Entry Sheets (SES) in the system to facilitate invoice processing.
- Handover original invoices to the finance department for payment.
Profil :
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with Moroccan legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain updated records and reports related to customs, transportation, and vendor agreements.
- Education: Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience with vendor management and customs formalities is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of customs procedures and local transportation regulations.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and French; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

- Efficiency of logistics operations (timeliness, cost-effectiveness).
- Safety compliance during loading/unloading.
- Accuracy and timeliness of PR/PO and invoice submissions.
- Vendor performance metrics.
- Regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
