We are seeking a highly experienced Program Director with a minimum of 25 years of expertise in managing large-scale hospitality projects within the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) sector. The successful candidate will lead and oversee multiple hospitality projects, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the overall program of large-scale hospitality projects.
  • Develop and implement program management plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and construction phases of multiple hospitality projects simultaneously.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Lead and mentor project managers and project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture focused on delivering quality results.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring effective cost control and financial management.
  • Monitor project expenditures and implement measures to mitigate budget overruns.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with program delivery and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address issues to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in project deliverables.
  • Conduct regular quality reviews and inspections to verify compliance with standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including government authorities, regulatory agencies, and community groups, to ensure alignment and cooperation.
  • Communicate project progress and key milestones to stakeholders regularly.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and administration, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and requirements.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in hospitality project management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Profil :

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 25 years of experience in program management, with a focus on large-scale hospitality projects within the PMC sector.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
