As part of its development, our client is recruiting a Plant Logistic Manager

Purpose of position:

• To maximize the profitability of the Plant

Main Activities/responsibilities:

• Support the Plant manager to define working capital budget and guarantee the fulfillment;
• Manage Customer orders program for short and long terms;
• Define the monthly production plan cooperating with Plant Manager;
• Collaborate with Purchasing to define budget;
• Manage the Supply Chain defining material planning according to the production plan;
• Monitoring budget/balance gap of working capital and inflation;
• Monitor and check the warehouse stock level according to the target assigned;
• Manage the suppliers in cooperation with Purchasing buyers and sourcing;
• Motivate, organize and encourage the teamwork to ensure the achievement of objectives;
• Evaluate the training needs of the team;
• Guarantee the Safety and Environment Rules
