To support our activity development, we are recruiting an Administrative Assistant Executif to assist our Back Office Department in their daily tasks.

Our client is a global company specialized in Investment & Real Estate

Contributing to our 2022 marketing roadmap we are setting up a global panorama of our business segments and related services.

We need an organized and professional Assistant to handle various tasks and assist in

intern coordination of the company.

Tasks:

  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
  • Assist in the preparation of regular presentations
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings
  • Carry out administrative duties
  • Book conference calls, meeting rooms, etc
  • Performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities; may serve as a liaison with other departments on basic administrative and/or operational matters
  • Establishes, maintains, processes, and updates files, records, and/or other documents

Profil :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Perfect fluency in FRENCH and ENGLISH
  • Prior experience in Marketing or Finance
  • Administrative assistant experience
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook,

Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Highly organized and proactive with attention to detail
  • Strategic understanding of business processes to identify improvement
