Important Group in the luxury hotels sector, operates 30 hotels, . The Group has presence in six countries under luxury and five-star brand. The Group is also engaged in flight catering, airport restaurants, travel and tour services, car rentals, project management and corporate air charters.
To build, develop and direct the Sales & Marketing department of the hotel and to drive the necessary activities, to ensure a successful pre- opening and post opening period within the identified parameters benchmarked for The Hotel and guidelines applicable in Morocco.
Build readiness for the hotel opening and ensure identified results are achieved or exceeded for the various revenue streams of the hotel post opening.
Profile Outline
Pre- Opening Plan
Ensure completion and alignment to Pre Opening Plan for Sales & Marketing department identified for The hotel .
Understanding to document and implement key steps, processes and relevant information for pre-opening and post opening.
Closely work with the Human Resources Team in identifying and recruiting the team members for the Sales & Marketing team within the budget guidelines and aligned to the competencies benchmarked.
Recruitment and retention programs for the department as per identified guidelines.
Training
Identify and implement necessary training strategy for the department.
Closely relate with Revenue Manager and leadership team in managing rates and maximizing output from the many revenue steams.Analysis of data relevant for market related decisions
Manage the marketing process that identified pre-determined or needed visibility.
Sales Calls
Monitor results and give best solutions
Relating with guests.
Profil :
Masters Degree in sales and Marketing , an MBA would be an advantage.
Relevant experience in a similar role with luxury hotels
