The Human Resources Director would be in charge of the Human Resources department which will

include accountability for Training.

Profile Outline

Pre- Opening Plan

Create and drive Corporate related Pre Opening Plan for Human Resources which should

include Labour Study identified for Morocco and Marrakech

Create and drive Pre Opening Plan for Human Resources

 Understanding to document and implement key steps, processes and relevant information for

pre-opening and post opening

Recruitment

Recruitment Plan

Maintain budgeted manning versus actual

Ensure best decisions in place to manage manning levels during pre- opening period to

ensure there is alignment with changing scenarios

Keep the external recruitment cost as low as possible by adopting various means of data

sourcing like direct applicants, referrals, and social media.

Recruitment and retention programs for the hotel as per identified guidelines.

Training

Training strategy for the hotel.

Prepare plans for the year and ensure implementation.

Identify and organize various training workshops based on individual training needs.

Ensure compliance with statutory training programs, demographic relevant programs, etc.

Performance Management

Implementation and Continuous improvement of appraisal system to identify training needs,

recognize and reward performance and maximize transparency.

Compensation

Implementation of annual salary review keeping in line with industry/market growth bench

mark based on surveys and analysis.

 Recommending authority for salary increase, promotions and dismissals based on

performance review in conjunction with General Manager.

Development Plans and Succession Plans

Profil :

Strong Conceptual and analytical skills

Good organizational, communication, interpersonal and team skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Fluency in English, French & Arabic

Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or Management

Knowledge of generalist HR skills

Knowledge of Industrial Relations, Labour Laws and Statutory Compliances

Deals with Executives of all departments of the hotel.
