Description de l'entreprise et du poste :

We are recruiting for our client based in Nouaceur operating in the aeronautical sector a Quality Manager.

MISSION:

  • Be the representative of management and customers in the company.
  • The guarantor of product quality in all processes.
  • Guarantee the maintenance of the company's quality system. 

      1- RESPONSIBILITIES:*

  • Know the company's quality policy and objectives.
  • Piloting and monitoring of 8Ds for quality problems detected internally and with customers.
  • Monitoring of quality indicators with implementation of actions in case of deviations.
  • Management of daily, weekly and monthly quality meetings.
  • Steering and preparation of quality committees and management review.
  • Management of internal and external audits with implementation of actions in case of deviations.
  • Report to management on dysfunctions of the quality system.
  • Treatment of non-conformities with SOCAFIX suppliers.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys with implementation of actions in case of deviations.
  • Manage customer audits
  • Make visits to customers and suppliers if necessary.
  • Guarantee the maintenance of the company's quality system.
  • Inform the line manager on all information relating to quality.

     2- AUTHORITIES

  • Stop production in case of doubt, anomaly or quality risk
  • Disqualification of operators in the event of non-compliance with internal Quality, Safety, Environment requirements.
  • Stop the products likely to be non-compliant and request the start of sorting.
  • Validation of projects with customers, product-process modifications and exemptions.

Profil :

Required Skills :

  • English is a must for speaking, writing.
  • Engineer or equivalent with Min 5 years’ experience in Automotive
  • Very well Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO / TS 16949, IATF
  • Knowledge of APQP,FMEA,PPAP processes.
  • Training in audit techniques.
  • Good communication / Listening skills, precision and thoroughness.
